Rental conditions:
- Included in the rent up to 150€ of monthly expenses, the difference is at the expense of the tenant.
- Wifi connection included in the rent.
- Maintenance service during the stay.
- Emergency contact 24/7.
- Weekly cleaning
- Final cleaning: 1 bedroom apartment 300 euros, 2 bedroom apartment 350 euros, 3 bedroom apartment 400 euros.
- Pet fee: 300 euros per pet
- Reception / self-registration
- Security deposit: one month's rent - to be returned at the end of the stay.
- A minimum of 32 nights rental is required.
Regarding the prices:
- Monthly rent with weekly cleaning (30 nights): 4.800€ (10% VAT incl.)
- Final cleaning: 400€ (10% VAT incl.)
