The building is one of the best preserved in the area and comes with an elevator. The apartment was fully refurbished in 2023 and it boasts a big terrace with views over the waterfront. The interior is light and tastefully furnished and the neutral colours provide a cosy and contemporary touch and add more light throughout the day. The minimalistic style contributes to the luxurious feel. 

The kitchen is fully equipped, the island and the big dining table are perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. The living and dining room space perfectly blend with the terrace to provide a sensational experience. There is a study and work space besides one of the windows.

The apartment features two king-size bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to four guests and two fully bathrooms, one of them an en-suite with walk-in shower and the second one with a spacious bathtub. Both bathrooms have built-in wardrobes and comfortable high-end mattresses. 

The apartment offers stunning views of the city skyline and is conveniently located near restaurants, shops and entertainment options, ensuring that you will never be far from the action. The buzzling Gothic Quarter and El Born are only a 10-min walk away.
