Only by a 5 minute walk, you will be able to explore the famous Las Ramblas. The apartment comes with a space of 70m2, which can be found on the ground floor of the building. You are more than welcome to use the sunny communal terrace, where the laundry is located, with washing machines and dryers. In summertime you will be thankful for the installed Air Conditioning, whereas the heating in the apartment will keep you warm in wintertime.
