Why we love this apartment?
Lots of square meters and no noise from traffic. This apartment is internal but very nice and newly renovated. The apartment has been renovated with the highest quality materials in a clean, modern design while preserving the Catalan features such as the ceiling beams. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, and the entire space is covered with hardwood flooring. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the spacious bathroom with an amazing shower, but there's also an extra toilet next to the entrance. You receive some natural light from the double-glazed windows, which are completely soundproof.
You will find this location ideal, just across from the post office on the Born side, with only a couple of minutes' walk to the supermarket, some of the best wine bars and restaurants in the area, and 10 minutes to the beach.
Take the elevator to the top floor, and you will find yourself on the large community terrace with views all over Barcelona, the sea, and Montjuic. So, live quietly in the middle of Barcelona and take your elevator up to enjoy lots of sun and views!
