Why we love this apartment?

This amazing apartment gives you the home-feeling as soon as you enter the door. Located just next to the Barceloneta market, pharmacy, bank, cafes and a 4 minute walk to the beach you have everything you need on your doorstep. 
It was completely renovated 2018 and the balcony 2020, with a clean, modern design that still keeps the cozy atmosphere. Double glazed windows with electric blinds keeps the fresh air from the AC inside and the noise outside. 
Both bedrooms have windows which brings in natural light and you have lots of storage space throughout the whole apartment, including a hidden space for the washing machine and dryer. Even the open kitchen offer great storage capacity and dishwasher.

Barceloneta, directly located at the mediterranean sea, is known for its beaches, seafood restaurants, and lively atmosphere. The neighborhood has a long history as a fishing village and many of the buildings and streets reflect this heritage. The old history shows itselfs in the area's architecture: you can find a mix of traditional fisherman's houses and modern, renovated buildings. Barceloneta is a popular tourist destination and is known for its lively nightlife and beach culture.
